As we expand our operations, we are looking for an experienced **Operations Associate**to oversee and optimize our **trades management, job scheduling, and HWS installations**.

**The Role**

As the **Operations Associate**, you will be responsible for managing a team of tradespeople, ensuring timely installations, and streamlining scheduling processes to maximize efficiency. You will work closely with our sales, compliance, and project management teams to deliver high-quality installations while meeting industry standards and regulatory requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Trades & Installations Management**:

- Oversee and manage a network of electricians and plumbers for HWS and other energy upgrade installations.
- Ensure all jobs are completed efficiently, on time, and meet compliance standards.
- Develop and implement best practices to improve installation efficiency and service quality.
- **Job Scheduling & Coordination**:

- Plan, schedule, and allocate jobs to tradespeople based on skill, availability, and location.
- Optimize scheduling software and tools to minimize delays and maximize output.
- Communicate with clients, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure smooth job execution.
- **Compliance & Quality Control**:

- Ensure all installations meet regulatory and safety standards.
- Monitor performance metrics and address any operational bottlenecks.
- Implement quality assurance checks and resolve any installation issues or delays.
- **Stakeholder & Team Management**:

- Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Recruit, train, and manage tradespeople and subcontractors.
- Maintain a strong relationship with regulatory bodies and compliance teams.

**What We’re Looking For**
- Experience in **operations management, job scheduling, or trades coordination**, preferably in the energy efficiency or construction sector.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Familiarity with **HWS installations, electrical and plumbing trades**, and relevant compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in **job scheduling software, CRM, and operational tools**.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with teams, contractors, and clients.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $47,822.90 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Operations management: 1 year (preferred)

Willingness to travel:

- 100% (preferred)
