Description

Apex Group is looking for a Performance Analyst in Sydney.

As a Performance Analyst, you will provide accurate and timely analytical, data and reporting services to clients, external third parties and internal stakeholders. You will also work as a specialist end user across a broad range of vendor-provided financial service software products in the delivery of valuation, performance, compliance, reporting and data and trade management services.

Job responsibilities:

- Calculate investment reporting data, including valuation, performance measurement, risk and attribution analysis using performance products
- Provide and develop post-trade compliance/investment monitoring reports regularly, ensuring investment managers adhere to their mandates and all mandate breaches are detected and acted upon
- Develop and maintain the whole-of-fund performance fee calculation templates based on the requirements set out in the fund’s offering documents
- Undertake project work in business analytics
- Support functional business operations, encompassing other departments and possibly 3rd parties.
- Advanced end-user computing skills
- An understanding and interest in financial markets
- Excellent organisational, communication and analytical skills.
