Coles Liquor is a trusted retailer with three iconic trading banners, Liquorland, First Choice Liquor Market and Vintage Cellars. **About the role**
Reporting to the Store Experience Manager, the primary function of this role is to engage with stakeholders cross functionally to execute our POS campaigns. The secondary function is to support the Brand and transformation teams with the implementation of in store POS, including briefing, approving marketing material, coordinating purchase orders and deliver to store. You ensure there is seamless execution in store for our customers and store teams.
On a day-to-day basis, you will own and govern all aspects of the relevant banner and ensure the right information is received from the category, brand and marketing teams to enable great execution in store at point of sale.
You’ll also:
- primarily build and approve the POS creatives and marketing collateral and ensuring seamless execution in store
- work with the Transformation teams to build the POS packs for transformation stores
- work with our external agencies team to ensure orders are submitted in time and accurately
- coordinate the weekly sign-off of the POS with relevant teams
- support the Brand and Marketing team with the implementation of marketing activity, including briefing and approving marketing material
**About you and your skills**:
We’re looking for a retail / store experience professional with proven experience within a retail business. You have experience working in a customer-centric environment and improving processes to deliver a better outcome for customers.
You’ll also need:
- experience in a similar position, coordinator or entry level marketing position
- understanding of print production environment and POS print processes
- the ability to build relationships and work with cross-functional teams
- outstanding organisational skills, high attention to detail and the ability to work within tight timeframes
- strong communication skills (both written and verbal) with a positive, ‘can-do’ attitude
- demonstrated track record of Influencing key decision makers to achieve the right outcome for customers
- simplify and improve processes to deliver a better outcome for customers
