**About the role**:
You'll also:

- Develop comprehensive training material for Bakery store staff spread across multiple stores to assist in the definition of solutions to resolve issues and drive process efficiencies
- Support stores during the trial and deployment phase with queries and issues
- Support the creation of processes for store teams and updating of the standard operating procedures
- Communicate project updates with stores, handling queries and define changed processes within Bakery Operations
- Leave a legacy of materials that will be used to coach and develop store team members over several years

**About you and your skills**:
This position will suit a skillset with a background in Bakery, Store Support or Store Management. You’ll have the ability to work collaboratively in a project team and deliver best outcomes for the new Production Planning tool.

You’ll also need:

- Demonstrated implementation of Store best practice
- Exposure to stakeholder management
- Project management experience from concept to delivery highly desirable
- Strong communication skills and effective working relationships with Store and Regional Managers
