As the Operations Lead, this is the environment that you will continually foster for your team of around 1000 people in services.

You will work closely with your team of People and Quality Leaders (PQL’s) offering support and coaching to help them achieve individual and organisational objectives. Creating an operating plan and rhythm, being present in services and offering honest and constructive feedback will help services achieve excellent quality and performance. You will adopt a continuous improvement approach with strong attention to detail and work closely with support office functions to achieve better outcomes for services.
