**Your new role**

As the Operational Readiness Lead you will support the sustaining capital team in the mining operations and projects.
- Ensure operational readiness requirements are maintained over the life cycle of the project
- Liaise with project stakeholders to develop the required asset management capabilities
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with the project and maintenance teams
- Develop maintenance plans, and bills of materials and ensure a smooth transition with the project handover.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Extensive experience working in operations or maintenance
- Project management knowledge and experience
- Previous experience working in heavy industry
