We have a Coordinator opportunity in one of our brand-new services at Castlemaine. Offering 28.00 Hours Per Week including Paid Administration Hours, you will work across Before and After School Care shifts from Monday - Friday; 07:00AM - 09:00AM (Rise then Shine Program) and 03:00PM - 06:00PM (Stay and Play Program). You can pick up extra hours during the school holidays too
In addition to a competitive salary, there is also a $1,500 signing bonus on commencement plus a $1,500 loyalty bonus at 12 months + split shift allowance + uniform allowance + other benefits + super.
About the role
You will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.
Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents. Lead a team of Educators onsite, including roster management. Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration.

About the service
Castlemaine OSHCLUB is a brand new OSHC service with an average expected attendance of 10 children in before school care and 16 children in after school care. This is a chance to build your own service from scratch
