**About the role**:
We are seeking a Facilities Manager to join our Capital team and maintain and advance the condition of the buildings, grounds and infrastructure of the DON Castlemaine site.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensuring all buildings, fixture, fittings, equipment and furniture are maintained to a high standard
- Organise and coordinate with trades for specialised works
- General works like grounds maintenance, gardening, painting and other repairs
- Maintain key register and allocations
- Repair or existing mechanical equipment that can be performed in workshop environment
- Design, costing, fabrication of minor capital items
- Carpark management
- Maintain access and egress around plant for vehicles and pedestrians
- Oversee condition and operation of toilet and changeroom facilities
- Maintenance of waste treatment facilities and chemical storage facilities outside of the factory
- Fire system control and management including regulatory checks and certifications

**About you**:
- Civil, Process, HVAC, Mechanical or Fitter qualification highly desirable
- Previous experience managing and coordinating trades
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated resilience and ability to quickly engage with change
- Proven change management experience
- Demonstrated experience identifying and deploying process improvements
