**In this role, you'll**:
Identify and analyse business requirements to recommend effective solutions that enhance integration between procurement systems: Ariba and SAP.

Design and implement system improvements and interim workarounds to ensure continued procurement functionality during system upgrades or transitions.

Support transformational change by managing stakeholder relationships, addressing resistance, and contributing to both structural and cultural shifts within the organisation.

Coordinate the delivery of defined objectives by effectively managing competing priorities across the complex operating environment of Transport Shared Services and the broader Transport cluster.

Role description.

**About you**
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or demonstrated equivalent industry experience.
- Strong functional knowledge of procurement systems, including SAP (MM or VIM) and Ariba.
- Hands-on experience with Ariba Guided Buying (GB) is highly desirable.
- Prior experience working within government or complex public sector environments is highly regarded.
- Demonstrated analytical, problem-solving, and process improvement skills, with the ability to proactively identify system or process issues and develop effective, practical solutions. Proven ability to engage and consult with business and operational stakeholders, translating requirements into actionable system enhancements or insights.**Who we are**
