As a
**high-performing manager with TotalFusion**, you’ll have access to modern technologies to enhance member's health such as plunge pools, cryotherapy, red light therapy, infrared saunas, float tanks, and more As they continue pushing the status quo, the team will empower the growing
**TotalFusion **community of members already committed to improving their health and well-being.

You will be responsible for building and growing the existing team of in-house Personal Trainers through
**Leadership, Experience**, and
**Education,** ensuring
***members receive the
**Highest Standard **of service, guidance, and facilitation during their journey within the Wellness Facility.

You will work closely with the National Personal Training Manager as well as other heads of departments ensuring consistency and alignment throughout.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Proactively Mentor, lead & develop a Team of Personal Trainers
- Demonstrate best practice & leadership skills as a Senior PT
- Personal Trainer recruitment and retention
- Coach client success and retention
- PT performance management
- PT department growth, PT sales, retention & staff satisfaction
- Manage PT productivity and PT business success
- Purposefully structure and coordinate PT professional development and up-skilling

**Qualifications and experience**:

- Min Cert 4 in Fitness or equivalent
- Min 3 years experience in a similar role
- Proven ability to lead a team and coach PT business success
- Demonstrate exceptional customer experience and a people first attitude
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
