At BFT Everton Park, our coaches are the heartbeat of the studio — they bring the energy, expertise, and care that define who we are. As our Head Coach, you'll lead from the front — delivering exceptional sessions, developing our coaching team, and driving a results-based culture that keeps our members progressing and our community thriving.

You'll work alongside the Studio Manager and owners to ensure every session is world-class, every member feels supported, and every coach continues to grow. This is your opportunity to take ownership, grow into leadership, and make a lasting impact within one of Brisbane's most established BFT studios.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Lead and inspire the coaching team to deliver world-class sessions aligned with BFT's programming and training principles.
  • Coach with passion and precision — bring energy, knowledge, and care to every session, ensuring members train safely and effectively.
  • Mentor and upskill coaches through feedback, technical refinement, and development sessions.
  • Drive community and culture — make every member feel seen, supported, and part of the BFT family.
  • Support daily operations with the Studio Manager, including programming, events, and member engagement.
  • Represent the brand with professionalism, positivity, and authenticity — both on and off the floor.

What We're Looking For

  • Cert III & IV in Fitness (or equivalent)
  • Current First Aid & CPR certifications
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in coaching, with proven leadership or Head Coach experience preferred
  • Strong technical knowledge of functional and strength training
  • Natural ability to connect, motivate, and lead others
  • Passionate about coaching, people, and results
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, team-based environment
