**ABOUT THE ROLE**

The Frontline Services Group is the interface between ICT service providers such as eHealth NSW and AmbCAD (the NSW Ambulance Triple Zero response ICT platform) user community.

The Manager Frontline Services Group is a leadership key role providing expert advice and high-level support to NSW Ambulance and eHealth teams to support the delivery of high-quality patient care services in Triple Zero/AmbCAD specific technologies.

This includes the triage and diagnosis of issues and queries from Operations staff and where appropriate working with service providers to resolve, leading the Business Engagement Stream of CAD projects, being involved with enterprise architects and designers to develop solutions, and working with the ICT project teams on risk management, planning, implementation, and training as well as the Business as Usual (BAU) model.The role develops and maintains influential internal and external stakeholder relationships and contributes to the achievement of key strategic outcomes and the future of NSWA frontline service delivery**.**

**Essential Requirements**
- Maintain EMD certification and currency in NSW Ambulance Control Centre operations.
- Current NSW Driver licence is required as the incumbent will be required to travel to metropolitan based and/or regional locations.
- Travel may include overnight stays, as required by the business and/or directed.
- Position will be required to undertake on-call duties and overnight shifts.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Demonstrated expert knowledge and understanding of contemporary issues impacting on the delivery of ambulance services and the proven ability to provide expert advice and support to internal and external stakeholders regarding the operational processes, systems and technologies that support the provision of high-quality ambulance service delivery especially in the area of AmbCAD and Triple Zero.
- Demonstrated superior oral and written communication skills with the proven ability to build productive relationships and liaise, advise and negotiate effectively with a diverse range of key stakeholders including the NSWA executive leadership team; frontline officers; state, national and international emergency service organisations; national and multinational private sector parties; and other industry bodies.
- Demonstrated experience developing related organisation-wide policies, frameworks, business rules and processes to improve efficiency.
- Superior analytical skills including demonstrated experience analysing and interpreting complex information from numerous sources, preparing and presenting analysis and reports, dealing with challenges creatively and achieving business focused solutions.
- Exceptional organisational skills and experience working in a high volume and demanding professional environment with a capacity to prioritise competing demands and achieve results with a customer focused approach.
