**Duties include**:

- Being the first and last point of contact for our valued patients
- Answering phone calls, taking messages & answering patient enquiries
- Booking appointments and procedures
- Processing payments

**To be successful for this role you must have the following**:

- **Previous experience with Best Practice or Medical Director software**:

- Previous medical receptionist experience is essential
- Ability to work without direct supervision
- An understanding of policies & procedures relevant to the position
- Use a computer efficiently and effectively
- Ability to multitask
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal & written
- Ensuring medical records are managed confidentially and efficiently
- Professional, outgoing, reliable and friendly nature

**Salary**: $25.00 - $32.00 per hour

- Day shift
- Evening shift
