We will be a private billing clinic with a high level of service for patients and and excellent, local clinical team.

We have flexibility with days and hours and invite applicants wanting to be part of a really dynamic team with an excellent work life balance to apply. We have availability for casual to full time team members.

**Duties include**:
Being the first and last point of contact for our valued patients

Answering phone calls, taking messages & answering patient enquiries

Booking appointments and procedures

Processing payments

**To be successful for this role you must have the following**:
Previous medical receptionist experience is essential

Experience with Best Practice or Medical Director software would be ideal

Proficient computer skills

Excellent communication skills - both verbal & written

Ensuring medical records are managed confidentially and efficiently

Professional, outgoing, reliable and friendly nature

Part-time hours: 30 per week

**Salary**: From $26.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Rotating roster
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bulimba, QLD 4171: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Medical admin: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
