We are seeking a motivated
**Litigation Claims Consultant **with a background in Personal Injury or General Insurance Practices to join our Insurance Investigations division.

**About you**:
You are a qualified legal practitioner with experience working within insurance industry and are seeking to utilise your wealth of experience and knowledge in a new way. As a Litigation Claims Consultant, you will work to deliver a high standard of insurance investigations services across NSW.

You will be required to attend various locations, predominantly within the Sydney metropolitan area but with a proportion of work across New South Wales as required. You will interview appropriate key parties taking detailed statements, collate relevant evidence to produce detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner, maintaining effective and appropriate communication with our investigations support team. Based at Head Office, our investigations support team will be on hand to provide thorough training in our case management system and ongoing assistance in the field.

**You will require**:

- A current NSW legal practising certificate.
- A current and valid driver’s license and vehicle.
- Ideally have experience working in Workers Compensation, CTP and/or General Insurance.
- **Excellent written and verbal **skills.
- A self-motivated mindset and be well-organised and able to work within strict time frames.
