**About the role**:
The firm is seeking a Marketing Assistant to work alongside the firms Marketing team, to promote growth, networking and team culture.

The role is based predominantly in our Kawana office, with the possibility to travel to other locations on occasion. The position includes aspects of digital and social media marketing, design, events planning and coordination, administrative tasks and building marketing campaigns with measurable goals.

**About you**:
We are searching for someone who has a great energy and will be well suited to our culture driven team. The Marketing Assistant will work within our growing Marketing Department and will contribute to campaigns through elevating various services within the firm.

**Skills and experience**
- Assist in the conception, management and evaluation of marketing campaigns
- Understand and implement event planning and coordination
- Exceptional literacy skills in copywriting for blog articles and promotional materials
- Software and standard IT skills
- Drive culture and a positive workplace environment
- Teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability to work independently
- Enthusiasm to learn and adapt quickly in multiple areas
- Organisational and time management skills
- Preferred but not essential:_
- Marketing or administrative experience
- Design skills and ability to use Canva, Adobe InDesign or Adobe Illustrator
- Tertiary or further study in a related area
- Experience in Digital Advertising including but not limited to Google Ads and Social Media Ads
