We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team. This role will play a crucial part in expanding our market share and driving business growth. We aim to promote our cabinetry products not only across Australia but also to international markets, further establishing our brand as a leader in custom cabinetry solutions.

**Responsibilities**:
1.Research and analyse market trends in Australia and globally to identify growth opportunities and strengthen the company’s competitive position.

2.Create comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals to meet and exceed revenue targets.

3.Design high-impact online and offline marketing strategies to expand brand awareness and market reach.

4.Supervise the sales and marketing team, ensuring strategies are executed effectively and align with business goals.

5.Build and maintain strategic relationships with partners and clients to support collaboration and drive market expansion locally and abroad.

6.Analyze customer feedback and industry trends to refine strategies and improve product-market fit.

7.Strategically manage budgets for sales and marketing initiatives, optimizing resource allocation to maximize impact and ROI.

8.Plan and supervise promotional events and campaigns, tailoring them to resonate with both Australian and global audiences.

9.Formulate strategies for national and international market penetration to drive long-term growth.

10.Monitor and evaluate the execution of strategies, providing recommendations to management for ongoing improvement.

**Requirements**:
1.At least 5 years of experience in a sales and marketing management role.

2.background in managing sales and marketing efforts in international markets is essential.

3.Exceptional relationship-building skills with a keen eye for detail.

4.Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

5.Proven ability to inspire and lead a team to consistently achieve high performance.

Employment type: Full time
Salary range: $85,000 to $105,000 depending on experience
Location: Thebarton, South Australia

Pay: $85,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplementary Pay:

- Overtime pay
