**In this role, you will**:

- Lead and implement continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with industry standards.
- Coordinate audits, safety programs, and risk management efforts to create a safe, nurturing environment for residents and staff.
- Support new admissions and room preparation processes, ensuring seamless transitions for residents.
- Collaborate with the leadership team to foster a positive, innovative work culture.
- Manage external contractors, Catering, Cleaning and laundry
- Promote Customer service

**What You Bring to the Role**:

- Registered Nurse with current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)
- Experience in a similar role, ideally in aged care or health services.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and respect.
- Understanding of Aged Care Accreditation Standards and regulatory requirements.
- A passion for aged care, with the ability to adapt to the sector’s evolving needs.
- Demonstrable knowledge and experience in Microsoft suite (intermediate level)
