About the role
As the Program Lead - Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Cultural and Training Framework, you will guide the implementation of this essential framework into the General Practice Training Program. Reporting to the National Medical Education Manager, you’ll collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure the framework's successful integration, delivering Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander cultural and health training and driving continuous improvement.
**As our Program Lead, you'll also**:
develop an implementation plan, resources, and materials to support the Framework.
coordinate and deliver targeted communications with internal and external stakeholders.
provide leadership in monitoring and evaluation activities for continuous improvement.
build collaborative relationships with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander stakeholders and organisations.
manage program risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely and effective solutions.

Skills & Experience
Proven experience in program development or project management within health or education sectors.
Strong stakeholder engagement and cultural competency relevant to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander health.
Demonstrated experience in resource development and process improvement.
