About the role
As our Training Programs Project Lead, you’ll coordinate the development of a project proposal for training program coordination to RACGP Fellowship looking at both operational and medical education requirements. Reporting to the National Director, Education and Training Operations, you’ll work closely with the National Clinical Lead - Training Programs Project, advisory committee members, and key stakeholders. You’ll lead project planning, stakeholder engagement, research activities, and reporting, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget. A key focus will be supporting consultation, synthesising feedback, and preparing documentation to inform executive and board decision-making. Working with internal teams and external partners, you’ll help shape the future of GP training.
**In this role, you will**:
lead project planning, coordination, and tracking of milestones, risks, and deliverables.
manage stakeholder engagement, consultations, and advisory committee activities.
conduct research and analysis to support the project proposal.
prepare high-quality project documentation, reports, and presentation materials for leadership.
Skills & Experience
Strong project management skills and attention to detail
Experience engaging and managing diverse stakeholders
Knowledge of GP Training pathways
Excellent communication, writing, and reporting skills
Ability to deliver outcomes on time and within scope
