The role of Relationship Manager is a key liason between the regional sales offices and the companies Byron Bay Head Quarters. You will be responsible for strengthening the relationships between Regional Sales Managers and the company, ensuring the regional sales teams are engaged in the company’s vision, goals and targets. You will work closely with the Regional Sales Managers to drive sales growth and optimal communication with the other department of the business.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Act as the primary point of contact between regional sales offices and HQ, ensuring open communication and a strong working relationship.
- Foster a collaborative culture, facilitating regular check-ins both online and in person, travelling to visit these offices.
- Keep Sales Managers and their teams involved in the company’s movements
- Increase sales and installation revenue from regional offices.
- Drive sales performance by providing guidance, clear targets and leveraging company sales performance data.
- Analyse sales data and trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Increase sales motivation through building culture and brand loyalty.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Solar and Battery industry experience, preferably B2C. Experience in sales management, relationship management, or a similar role, preferably in a multi-regional or national company.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships across all levels of the organization.
- Proven track record of improving sales performance and driving business growth.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and trends.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Leadership skills with the ability to coach and motivate sales teams.
- Ability to travel as needed to regional offices.
