We’re seeking **Casual** **Support Workers** to temporarily replace our staff who are on leave during the upcoming holiday season. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience while contributing to a supportive and compassionate environment.

You will provide care and assistance to clients across the SIL houses in the Western suburbs & Oak Park ensuring continuity of service during the festive period. Your role will be crucial in maintaining a high standard of support and care.

**What are we looking for?**
- Minimum 1+ years' prior experience in provision of one-to-one support for people from the mental health or community services sectors, working with complex clients.
- Experience with supporting individuals who have mental health and physical disabilities.
- Demonstrated experience supporting challenging behaviours (highly valued)
- Willingness to support clients with personal care including showering, manual handling, medications, community access, meal preparation, domestic chores and mealtime assistance.
- Demonstrable communication skills including report writing, case note writing.
- Must be available to work 10+ hours per week and able to work a rotating roster including sleepover shifts and active nights.

**Mandatory Requirement -**
- Certificate III or above in Disability Support or similar
- Valid Victorian Driver’s License
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Valid First Aid Certificate and CPR
- Manual Handling certificate
- Medication Administration certificate
- Victorian Working with Children’s Check
