We are currently seeking experienced support workers in Western suburbia who have experience working with high behaviors of concern, complex care requirements and community access. & would be highly regarded if you're happy to travel to Sunshine, Seddon, Melton etc. but not limited to these areas.

Disability Support Worker Profile: If you are a passionate, experienced support worker who wants work/life balance while making a real difference in someone's life, then we have a place for you at Unique Community Services.

We have a variety of day shifts available Monday - Sunday. Great rates of pay (casual rates $32 - $35 per hour + penalty rates on weekends).

P:S- Must have experience using ceiling hoist.

**Requirements for this role include**:

- Previous experience in a similar role.
- Previous experience in Challenging Behaviors.
- Certificate IV in Disability, Certificate III in aged care or equivalent is highly desirable but not essential.
- A clear and current police check obtained at time of your interview.
- A current First aid
- Within 3 years -CPR certificate.Current
- (12 months ).
- A current Working With Children Check (Victorian).
- An current police check.
- A current drivers license with access to a reliable vehicle.
- Ability to engage and build rapport with clients.
- NDIS Worker screening Check.
- An evidence of COVID 19 vaccination status - fully vaccinated.
- Ability to speak second language will be an asset.
- Language specific - Karen Speaking
