Digital & Ecommerce Assistant

**About Us**:
Snooze Management, based in Canterbury, Victoria, is currently seeking an efficient and organised **Digital & eCommerce Assistant.**

Reporting to the Head of Digital & eCommerce, this role is responsible for the day-to-day support and maintenance of the eCommerce Website and Digital marketing activity to deliver a superior customer experience.

**Day-to-day responsibilities**:

- Manage and review merchandise presentation on site to ensure the categorisation, imagery, copy, pricing and promotional tags are accurate and meet internal guidelines
- Review categories, sub-categories, brands and collections to ensure accuracy
- Audit photos and online content to ensure it is always of the highest standard
- Work collaboratively with immediate team members and across departments to document errors and troubleshoot
- Curate and merchandise products and collections to support marketing activities in line with digital marketing recommendations & reports
- Create briefs for all new campaign assets (homepage banners, category banners & features as required)
- Review and update relevant website content as needed
- Support Marketing Campaigns with relevant updates on website as required
- Experience in the fast-moving retail industry is preferred
- Experience in eCommerce or digital marketing a must, preferably undertaking qualifications in a Marketing or Business discipline
- Strong problem-solving skills and high levels of attention to detail
- Exceptional verbal, written and analytical skills
- Results-oriented with an ability to work cross-functionally with other teams in the business
- A positive can-do attitude with a desire to excel and achieve in the role
- Shopify experience preferred but not essential

**General**
- Provide assistance on other ad hoc duties as and when required by the Head of eCommerce & Digital
