**About the Role**

As a Delivery Lead in our AI & CCT Platform, you’ll guide the delivery of high-impact initiatives that align with strategic priorities. You’ll work closely with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution, clear communication, and sustainable delivery rhythms. Ideally you will have previous exposure to AI and a genuine passion to work within this exciting space.

**What You’ll Do**
- Lead the delivery of medium-to-large initiatives (typically $5M-$10M), ensuring alignment with time, cost, and quality expectations.
- Draft high-impact executive communications including board papers, leadership updates, and strategic memos that inform and influence senior stakeholders.
- Translate complex technical and operational content into clear, compelling narratives that drive understanding and alignment.
- Coordinate planning, risk management, and progress tracking to maintain delivery confidence and transparency.
- Provide guidance to Scrum Masters and delivery teams, fostering collaboration and consistent delivery outcomes.
- Act as a delegate for the Portfolio Lead when required, ensuring continuity of leadership and stakeholder engagement.

**What You’ll Bring**
- Proven experience leading complex delivery initiatives in large-scale or financial services environments.
- Strong communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders through clear, strategic messaging.
- Previous exposure to AI with a genuine passion for this area
- Expertise in structured problem-solving and the ability to simplify complexity for diverse audiences.
- Confidence in Agile and scaled Agile delivery frameworks, with experience in cross-functional, matrixed teams.
- Financial acumen to manage budgets, forecasts, and benefit realisation across portfolios.
- A collaborative, proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and sustainable delivery practices.
