make your markthis is the role for you_This is a role for a full time local experienced Town Planner, who will be responsible for
the development of client relationships and project management, delivering on time and
on budget to achieve successful, people-driven outcomes. The role will have a diverse
approach, working across local and regional projects. You will have a focus on client
management, project delivery and analysis of legislations, in addition to preparation and
communication skills, strong level of self-motivation and local knowledge. The areas
you will work across will include:

- Development of Strong Client Relationships
- Project management and team coordination
- Undertaking planning assessment, investigation and analysis of QLD legislation,
- guidelines, and related documentation for a range of project types- Preparation of tenders, proposals and submissions

Essential Experience / Attributes:

- Tertiary qualification in town planning
- Min. 6 year’s industry experience
- Local Gold Coast (or SEQ) planning and development knowledge
- Experience with Development Assessment timeframes and processes, under the
- Planning Act 2016_ as well as other relevant legislation- Project management experience
- High level written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to work autonomously and within a team
- Australian resident
