**The Company**
A large enterprise employer in Brisbane with a genuine passion and commitment for creating better futures for Queenslanders. The organisation is going through a whole of business digital transformation to better serve their large internal customer base. On the back of building a new digital leadership team they are now embarking on an ambitious transformation program that will significantly improve the customer and employee experience.
**The Role**
A short term four-month contract role to assist project delivery, this role is available for immediate start, with an attractive daily rate. Working alongside a Change Manager and Project Manager you will be coordinating training for a new finance system in the business.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop or revise training materials to ensure accuracy and relevance. Some existing materials may require updates due to changes in screenshots and terminology. Additionally, be prepared to create new materials on emerging topics as necessary.
- Manage logístical aspects of training sessions, including scheduling, venue arrangements, and necessary resources.
- Craft effective communications related to training, keeping participants informed and engaged.
- Strategize and execute showcase events to highlight the outcomes of the training program.
- Evaluate and enhance the training strategy as required.
