**Training Officer**

We are looking for an experienced training officer to join our team. This is a full time role with occasional travel and flexible working arrangement working half the week from home and half the week onsite.

You will be responsible for delivering high quality process and systems training, maintaining and updating training material and providing support to the users of our online systems.

**Responsibilities**
- Comply with all workplace health and safety policies
- Assist with site inductions
- Facilitate workplace health and safety training
- Design and deliver training modules for our CRM and ERP
- Delivery of systems end-user training

**Requirements**:

- Certificate IV Assessment and Workplace Training or equivalent experience.
- Expert knowledge in ERP/CRM training
- Working knowledge of Microsoft CRM or Salesforce, and an ERP system.
- Experience delivering face-to-face, remote, and virtual training and support.
- Strong coordination and planning skills.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills including high level presentation.
- Highly developed training and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage learners with diverse backgrounds and skillsets effectively.
- Strong stakeholder management skills.
