Sales Executive Assistant

  • Provide full support across sales administration, advertising, and marketing tasks
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including contracts, listings, and client communications
  • Handle lead generation when time allows, prioritising core admin and sales support duties
  • Ideal for someone mature, organised, and proactive
  • Support this leading sales agent to offer exceptional customer service

Sales Admin / Receptionist

  • Provide a mix of sales administration and reception duties
  • Manage day-to-day tasks including marketing, contracts, and campaign coordination
  • Handle light reception work, including 5–10 calls a day and organising settlement gifts
  • Assist the sales team to ensure smooth office operations and client communications
  • Contribute to a professional, organised, and supportive team environment

Key Requirements:

  • Hold an Agents Representative Certificate or be currently completing ARC
  • Background in real estate sales, reception, or administration, or strong front-of-house experience in other industries
  • Mature, professional, and proactive attitude, able to manage competing priorities with confidence
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to support a busy sales team
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a friendly and client-focused approach
