**About the Role**: As a Food Tour Host with Delectable Tours, you won’t just be guiding - you’ll be delivering exceptional food experiences for our guests. We're seeking dynamic hosts who go beyond logistics, bringing energy, storytelling, and personal flair to create unique, memorable tours.

Our tours celebrate some of Brisbane’s best local produce and venues, providing progressive dining experiences through walking and vehicle tours. Your focus will initially be on leading walking tours.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Deliver exceptional customer experiences with professionalism, enthusiasm, and care.
- Proactively engage guests with storytelling, insights, and personal connection.
- Anticipate and adapt to guest preferences, ensuring a tailored experience.
- Foster strong relationships with venues and guests to uphold our premium service reputation.
- Maintain safety, professionalism, and a polished presentation throughout tours.
- Execute scheduled tour itineraries effectively while remaining flexible when necessary.
- Identify opportunities and ways to improve our current offerings.

**Requirements**:

- Comfortable leading walking tours for groups of 1-20 people.
- Legal right to work or operate as a contractor in Queensland, Australia.
- Flexible availability (Tuesday to Sunday, days and nights as needed).

**Bonus Skills (Not Essential)**:

- Comfortable driving up to 4 guests.
- Queensland Driver Authorisation for General Services Licence (or willingness to obtain).
- First Aid/CPR Certification.
- Relevant tourism, hospitality, or customer service experience.
- Genuine passion for Brisbane’s food scene.
