**About the Role**:
As a Tour Guide & Driver, you’ll lead small-group day tours to Stradbroke Island, combining expert driving with engaging commentary about the island’s rich culture, breathtaking nature, and unique wildlife. You’ll ensure every guest has a safe, informative, and unforgettable adventure.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Safely drive our tour van (pax 12) and manage guest pick-ups from Brisbane.
- Share fascinating stories about the history, culture, and environment of Stradbroke Island.
- Lead nature walks, wildlife spotting, and beach visits while promoting sustainable tourism.
- Handle logistics for ferry travel and ensure seamless transitions.
- Post highlights from tours on social media to inspire future guests.
- Encourage guest feedback and reviews.
- Maintain the van’s cleanliness and report any maintenance issues.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Full QLD Driver’s License (clean record).
- Driver Authorization (or willingness to obtain).
- Current First Aid Certificate (willing to obtain).
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for wildlife, nature, and cultural heritage.
- Fluent in English (bonus if you speak any other language).

**Physical Requirements**:

**How to Apply**:

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 11 - 33 per week

Schedule:
