**About the Role**:
Right now, we have an opportunity to search for an **Account Manager** to join the Aged Care Team. Reporting to the National Residential & Community Field Manager, this is a permanent, fulltime position looking after North Brisbane & Far North.

To succeed in this role, you will utilise strong communication and presentation skills to train and advise key influencers and purchasers within Residential Care, Community and Hospital facilities with product education of Depend® and Poise®. With this, you will implement agreed plans and strategies to ensure both the Division’s and State’s profit and volume objectives are achieved.

We are searching for an individual who has a willingness to develop their skill set in sales and utilise their medical background to further develop their experience of working with systems & products to help facilities, staff & individuals dealing with continence. You will be someone who has a strong ability to successfully build collaborative working relationships with the internal team but also with customers within Aged Care & the wider community will be successful in this role.

**Further Responsibilities**:

- Achieve agreed targets by generating sales from new and existing end purchasers to meet and exceed business objectives.
- Contact major end purchasers regularly to ensure maximum penetration of Kimberly-Clark’s products.
- Promote, maintain and develop business within the territory
- Establish and maintain accurate customer records through the use of approved computer-based business tools.
- Provide feedback on market intelligence, products, customers and new business opportunities to assist tactical and strategic marketing plans which support business strategies.
- Through the use of strategic negotiation and excellent customer service skills you will ensure Aged Care, Hospital, Community and non-clinical staff see you as their indispensable partner.

**Skills & Experience**:

- The types of previous experience that we have recruited into the Account Manager role includes; Account Managers from the Medical / Healthcare Sales Field, Healthcare professionals or Nursing staff
- This role involves some regional travel per quarter, therefore flexibility will be highly appreciated.
- Proven business to business sales and service background, account management / Territory management experience
- In-depth knowledge of the Community market and Aged Care industry is highly regarded
- Nursing or health related qualifications and experience an added advantage
