**Job Title: Sales and Account Manager**
**Location: Melbourne, VIC**
**Employment Type: Permanent**

**Role Responsibilities**:

- Manage a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success
- Develop positive relationships with clients
- Act as the point of contact and handle customers’ individual needs
- Generate new business using existing and potential customer networks
- Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner
- Supervise account representatives to ensure sales increase
- Report on the status of accounts and transactions
- Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
- Monitor sales metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth

**Mandatory Attributes/Skills/Qualifications/Experience**:

- Must have 4+ years of experience working as a Sales Manager or Sales Account
- Strong background in negotiating, tendering, and sales forecasting
- Proven ability to develop & implement sales strategy
- Excellent communication, listening, and presentation skills
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Good communication skills, excellent at spoken and written English

**Desirable Attributes/Skills/Qualifications/Experience**:

- Ability to increase customer engagement
- Knowledge of customer relations management software and MS Office
- Suggesting innovative ways to increase sales and enhance clients' experience
- Acting as the point of contact for clients
- Identifying potential new clients
- Identifying and implementing best practices
- Organizing meetings with clients about their needs
- Monitoring and reporting on sales performance
- Handling budgets and client invoices
