**About the Role**:
- Provide analytical support to operations leads.
- Develop, coach and mentor site leads on continuous improvement processes and tools.
- Lead the feasibility of improvement opportunities across time confirmed operations.
- Identify cross-site and asset replication opportunities.
- Monitor, analyse, interrogate quality and meaning of data.
- Undertake regular internal data system reviews to maintain and improve performance.
- Present data and efficiencies in most effective way to ensure actionable, relevant information that helps businesses make informed decisions.
- Preparing final analysis reports enabling valued changes.
- Located in Perth with intermittent requirement for adhoc site requirements.
**About You**:
- Previous data analyst experience in a similar role.
- Cert IV or Diploma in Business Administration (desirable).
- Bachelor of Data Analytics (desirable).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in Powerpoint, PowerBI, Advanced Excel, Airtable, MS Project.
- A team orientated approach and a confident and energetic manner.
- Good time management, multitasking and prioritisation skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
