**Let's get straight to the details...**

In this influential role you will be responsible for driving the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of the our business intelligence and data warehousing environment. You will provide technical leadership and act as a lead practitioner in the delivery of BI solutions, data quality initiatives, and platform modernisation, contributing directly to the uplift of internal data capability and use of cloud-based tools.

You will play a key role in modernising our data and analytics capabilities, including the automation of data workflows, implementation of data management frameworks, and transition to Tableau Cloud. You will also support the uplift of data literacy and BI capability across our organisation through expert advice, coaching, and collaboration with business stakeholders.

**The experience we are looking for...**

To be successful in our position you will have:

- Strong interpersonal, consultation and communication skills with a track record of engaging stakeholders to deliver high-impact, user-centred analytics.
- Demonstrated expertise in end-to-end BI development including SQL database design, ETL development (Alteryx), data modelling (e.g. star schemas), and visualisation (Tableau or Power BI).
- Proven experience managing data warehouses and delivering scalable, cloud-based BI solutions (preferably Tableau Cloud), with automation and performance optimisation.
- Experience implementing and maintaining data governance and management frameworks, including data quality, metadata and lifecycle controls.

**Remuneration**:ASO7 ($108,109 - $116,864) + Superannuation.
