**The Company**

They offer revolutionary technology within Australia's Skincare/Aesthetic market and have a highly regarded offering. Currently, in a rapid growth phase, this opportunity is critical to the success of their business in Australia and New Zealand and has high visibility.

**The Role**

The Marketing Manager reports directly to the Managing Director ANZ and is responsible for the development and implementation of the overall branding for the company in ANZ, and the implementation of the brand strategy, including campaigns, lead generation, promotional events, digital marketing, public relations, and ongoing internal and external marketing communications.

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Develops comprehensive, analytical, fact-based, plans to deliver market share, sales and P&L targets
- Undertakes appropriate geographic/product analyses. Makes recommendations and takes action in areas such as market segmentation, market share analysis, competitor analysis, pricing analysis, distribution analysis, product evaluation, etc.
- Develops volume/demand forecasts and clarifies with key stakeholders in sales, finance, and international teams
- Manages country-level new product launches by partnering with Regional Marketing Team and Headquarter Marketing Team
- Developing and executing the overall branding and all marketing materials to ensure the look and feel of the brand are on strategy and consistent throughout all marketing programs and communications
- Creating and executing a strong digital marketing plan to include website, social media, paid searches, and e-commerce
- Developing all aspects of major events, including the World Tour, and ensuring a good communication plan internally and externally, as well as flawless execution that drives awareness, trial and conversion.
- Effectively managing the marketing and public relations agencies
- Developing programs, including customer and consumer loyalty, membership, and others as warranted
- Is supported by a digital marketing manager who reports to this role

**Education, Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Experience**:

- At least 5 years of experience in Marketing and Product Management and preferably at least 2 years in a medical aesthetics or beauty product company (device, equipment and/or skin care)
- Proven experience in building and executing brand plans
- Proven experience with successful new product launches
- Ability to thrive working on several projects and communicate across multiple departments
- Bachelor in Marketing and Communications (or similar)
- Can do attitude, capable of working in a fast-paced high energy environment
