As an Assistant Manager your role is to partner with the Relationship Manager to support your portfolio in all aspects of customer service, compliance, processes, systems, and governance.

What will your day look like?
**As an Assistant Manager, you are accountable for**:
Support the Relationship Manager in making banking easier for customers, providing customer solutions and insights
Conduct financial analysis and develop/implement appropriate customer strategies
Establish and maintain a professional profile in the market with an understanding of the customers industry and associated markets
Work collaboratively with all internal and external stakeholders; and
Demonstrate living the ANZ values and providing a positive customer experience
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:
Maintaining a well-managed portfolio compliant with all relevant policies and procedures
Maintaining control of workflows across all compliance and customer fulfilment process
Proactively developing and maintaining a detailed understanding of customer business and financial needs
Providing solution towards account maintenance and simple customer requests
Supporting the Relationship Manager with management of a portfolio of SME customers
Collaborating with Product Partners and other stakeholders to fulfil customers’ needs
Engaging specialist teams when required
