What could your day look like?
Define and develop business requirements and acceptance criteria that is fit-for-purpose
Perform current and future state analysis to support squad objectives
Assist with transforming requirements into system design - including analysis of existing APIs and defining new APIs, defining the sequence of services, performing field level analysis, defining intra-system mapping and transformation rules
Optimising workflow management to ensure traceability to strategic alignment and critical controls
Verifying and validating the changes in Non-Prod and Production environments
Building expertise and owning the requirements for components of the Origination journey
Contribute to a ‘test & learn’ culture within the squad, encouraging best practices around reviews, quality, and documentation
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and implementing efficient solutions
Provide ongoing support for tech platforms as required e.g., problem / incident management.
What's in your toolkit?
While previous experience in a retail banking environment would be highly sought after, at ANZ we are focused on people bringing a growth mindset to their approach to work.
Experience in translating requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria
Strong understanding of project management lifecycles, disciplines and procedures
Experience using Confluence and Jira in a project delivery environment
Familiarity with data modelling, sequence diagrams, event driven architectures and complex integration requirements
A desire to continuously learn new techniques and technologies, bringing innovative ideas into the Squad.
