**THE ROLE?**

A great opportunty to join a growing and poassionate team within our Origin Zero department. We are searching for an experienced Logistics Operations Coordinator to be based at either our Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane location. This business is responsible for the efficient and cost effective scheduling and delivery of products required for installations, ensuring HSE compliance, customer satisfaction and business performance objectives are met. We offer flexible working arrnagements and a supportive working environment.

Responsibilities include:

- Day-to-day execution and coordination of sub-contractors stock orders and deliveries
- Coordinate 3PL and logistics providers to ensure stock transfer requests are delivered on time
- Managing and resolving delivery issues
- Periodic inventory reconciliation of sub-contractors inventory
- Interface effectively with key internal and sub-contractors stakeholders.

**IS THIS YOU?**
- At least 2 years experience in a similar role with background in logistics and warehousing
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task, effectively prioritises work, and work under pressure.
- Demonstrated ability to build effective and credible working relationships with stakeholders/clients. Strong communication skills.
- Intermediate excel skills
