About usTranslink (a Division of TMR) is responsible for enabling the effective planning and efficient management of public passenger transport services in Queensland and engages delivery partners to operate services on its behalf. The Commercial Partnerships team within the Passenger Transport Services branch of Translink is responsible for the effective contract and project management for Translink's key customer interfaces.Key responsibilitiesThe purpose of the Principal Advisor is to manage the delivery of the of various Commercial Partnership projects.Some of your responsibilities will include: - Manage the planning, implementation, coordination and finalisation of tasks to deliver project outcomes as defined in each projects scope. Manage project deliverables to ensure they meet time, budget, quality and scope requirements and comply with the program governance. Provide strategic advice and input into processes, including contractual obligations, standards and guidelines to facilitate project outcomes. Develop strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, providing strategic input and advice to coordinate the planning, delivery and evaluation of the projects. Identify, manage and report on project risks and issues and evaluate options to resolve issues and mitigate risks. Enable informed decision making on project issues by developing timely and relevant written submissions, briefs, presentations and information papers for project stakeholders and governance boards.This work is licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 Australia License.
