**Responsibilities** - Working closely with care workers, case managers and clients you will be responsible for managing service rosters across the client base.

You will be part of close-knit admin support team, involving rostering of staff, managing service changes and providing other management and administrative support.

Engage with team members and clients (and their carers or providers as required) to ensure all parties are clearly and regularly communicated with about the delivery of services,

Create and update accurate client records to ensure all client data, preferences and appointment details are correct and maintained

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Proficient and comfortable with various software (training provided)
- Previous experience of Rostering
- Proven digital competency, including the use of digital systems to record client notes and manage appointments
- You will be highly organised, focused and outcome-driven with a keen for eye for detail
- You must be a team player - and thrive in a collaborative environment
- Outstanding verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships
- Financial management or reporting experience would also be highly regarded

Whilst care industry experience is not essential - an understanding of the care sector would be beneficial.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
