Are you an experienced leader with a passion for coffee, cake and everything in between? We’re on the lookout for a dynamic and motivated **Retail Store Manager** to join our team

**About the Role**:
As the Store Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our store, leading a team, and ensuring exceptional customer experience. You’ll bring your management expertise, food safety knowledge, and barista skills to drive sales, maintain operational excellence, and foster a positive work environment.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Lead, coach and inspire a team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding service
- Manage stock levels, inventory, and visual merchandising
- Oversee compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations
- Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming store environment
- Handle rostering, training, and performance management
- Jump behind the coffee machine when needed - barista skills are a must
- Monitor and report on KPIs, budgets, and store performance

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Previous experience in a retail leadership role (minimum 1-2 years)
- A valid **Barista Certificate** with hands-on café/coffee-making experience
- A valid **Food Safety Supervisor Certificate** (required)
- Strong communication and people-management skills
- A proactive, hands-on attitude with great attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work weekends and public holidays as required

Pay: $57,000.00 - $62,000.00 per year
