A renowned and well established dental clinic located in Craigieburn is seeking a full time, permanent Personal Assistant to join their impressive team.

Your new role

This role will see you partner with and assist senior management to ensure that the organization runs smoothly.

Your duties will include
- General administration
- Database and document management
- Expense management
- Diary management ensuring a smooth flow of operations daily
- Dictation of meeting notes and creating summaries
- Adhoc personal support to the managers

What you will need to succeed

This is an amazing opportunity for a Personal Assistant who is interested in diverse roles and responsibilities. You will need to be flexible and able to pivot to the changing needs. You are well organised, have great attention to detail can handle working under pressure and stressful situations. Supplemental pay types:
