**The Opportunity**

Are you ready to drive impactful change and build strong connections? The Monash University Library is looking for an experienced **Library Business Partner** to join our team and help us to shape the future of our Library services.

**In this role you will**:

- Act as a strategic partner working with Monash University faculties and business units.
- Identify opportunities for the Library to support the University's goals.
- Build and maintain high-level relationships to ensure that the University Library services meet the needs of our academic community.
- Advocate for the Library, promote our services, and act as a vital link between the Library and its stakeholders.

**Take responsibility for**:

- Forging strong, strategic relationships with faculties and portfolios.
- Communicating important messages and ensuring feedback informs decision-making.
- Serving as the primary contact for the Library within faculties.
- Assessing needs and helping to develop sustainable, scalable solutions.
- Collaborating with Library Portfolio areas to ensure a unified approach.
- Advising senior Library leadership on strategic initiatives and emerging trends.
- Contributing to Library planning and representing the Library on external committees and projects.

**To succeed you will bring your**:

- Postgraduate qualifications in librarianship, information management, or education.
- Extensive experience in outreach, engagement, and service delivery.
- Deep understanding of research and education in Australian Higher Education.
- Proven ability to build and maintain productive relationships with key partners.
- Excellent business analysis, project management, and strategic thinking skills.
- Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills.
