This is an exciting opportunity to join our large Melbourne based team as a lead in our Productivity consulting team. As an accomplished Office 365 and Power Platform consultant, you’ll work with extraordinary people who are passionate and courageous about enabling our clients to meet and exceed their potential. You will work with government, medium and large-scale enterprises leading projects to improve the way they work and drive operational efficiency.

**What we are looking for**:
**Productivity**

You:

- Can lead a customer conversation on productivity solutions options and approaches
- Are experienced in implementing enterprise grade productivity solutions with the battle scars to prove it.
- Have hands-on experience with SharePoint, Teams and Power Platform as a technical lead or architect.

You:

- Want to be across the latest the platform has to offer and being able to communicate the value to customers
- Great at understanding business problems and breaking them down to design the best solutions
- Love to delight customers with creative, game changing solutions that deliver measurable, positive impact.

You:

- Demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement in the delivery of quality services to clients.
- Have experience in leading presales activities such as leading opportunities, client strategy, estimation, solution design and proposals
- Are confident in owning the pre-sales solution development process and resulting solution and proposal for qualified opportunities within the Productivity Practice
- Bring to life complex solutions and have mastered the art of communicating with clarity, simplicity, and impact
- Will contribute ideas to develop IP to help us differentiate ourselves in the market

**Projects**

You:

- Live and breathe agile. Based on your deep practical knowledge, you understand that it’s not just a process, but a mindset as well
- Love creating the best solutions but recognising the balance between technical perfection and what is practical and commercially competitive
- Can lead a delivery engagement from inception through to delivery, ensuring priorities are clear and execution is well managed
- Create a seamless experience for our customers and delivery teams when transitioning from opportunity to project execution phase.
- Develop and facilitate adoption of standards, processes, and process improvements across project activities
- Coach and mentor other consultants in the team

**Leadership**

You:

- Are a passionate leader and an innovative thinker that continually pushes the boundaries of solution design to ensure we meet the ever-changing demands of our customers
- Can lead and manage a team of productivity consultants
- Have a passion for coaching, recruiting and developing team talent

**What would make you a good fit for this role?**

You:

- May have come from consulting or a medium to large scale organisation where you have gained relevant experience.
- Are confident in aligning supportive technologies and business processes to create the ecosystem that an organisation requires to support industry-leading customer experiences.
- Have an innate ability to not only understand the customer problems, but to design the future state which aligns an organisation with the exact technologies and processes to enable new experiences.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Have solid work experience delivering productivity solutions with Microsoft technologies including SharePoint, Teams, and Power Platform.
