In order to fully maintain our incoming nationwide and international hires, we will be hiring a  Microsoft 365 SME for out Atlanta, GA (US) headquarters to coach and mentor our incoming classes of consultants. If you have a strong passion for the various Microsoft O365 platforms and are looking to join a seasoned team of IT professionals, this could be an advantageous next step.

**Position**: Full-Time

**Location**: Atlanta, Georgia, United States

**Responsibilities**:

- Interview potential consultants to ensure all on-boarded employees will be successful in the Office 365 domain 
- Be responsible for the design, development and maintenance of our best-in-class Office 365 training materials 
- Train, guide and mentor consultants with existing basic IT operations skills up to junior and mid-level engineers
- Prepare mock interview situations for the consultants to enhance the learning process provided by the company 
- Interact with our Executive and Sales team to ensure that projects and employees are appropriately matched 
- Prepare consultants for interviews for specific assignments involving O365.

**Desired Qualifications Include**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in computer science or equivalent, or equivalent experience.
- Experience designing, including curriculum, and conducting training, preferably on O365, for class sizes of between 8-12 Learners.
- Must have high attention to detail and fast-paced mentality.
- Knowledge of migrating to and maintaining cloud services
- 5+ years of experience with Exchange, Active Directory, Skype, Teams and Office 365 implementation and support.
- Experience with Messaging, Cloud Security, Authentication, Cloud App Security, MFA, Federation Services.
- Knowledge of cloud security concepts (In order on importance: PAM, IAM, EOP, ARM, IRM, PIM)
- Knowledge of virtualization and virtualization platforms (VMWareHyper-V)
- Strong understanding of Office 365 security and compliance management and implementation.
- Good working knowledge of Skype, Teams voice deployments and integration (SIP, SBC, Trunking, Dial-in conferencing, Unified Communications)
- Ability to produce high level designs and migration work flows for on premise infrastructure to a Microsoft hosted cloud.
- In-depth understanding of Microsoft messaging and productivity suite.
- Knowledge on ITIL processes and Change Management.
- Experience with mobile device and endpoint management.
- Working knowledge of Active Directory structures, authentication, and authorization.
- Understanding of Azure Active Directory services and Azure Identities
- Understanding of high availability, disaster recovery, and resiliency methodologies
- Great communications skills are a must.
