D365 & Power Platform - Senior Functional Consultant
This is a great opportunity to lead design, delivery, and support of Dynamics 365 & Power Platform implementations in collaboration with customers, and to lead and manage a team of functional consultants.
Base pay range: NZ$110,000.00/yr – NZ$185,000.00/yr
What you'll bring- Experience leading a team and implementing CRM systems with an understanding of Sales, Service, and Marketing principles.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) & Power Platform is essential.
- Experience with presales and shaping projects is a plus; hands-on consulting activity support.
- Excellent knowledge of the D365 CE platforms across all modules.
- Excellent knowledge of extended Power Platform Tools (Power Apps, PCF, etc.).
- Excellent knowledge of multiple industries or segments and common business issues.
- Strong understanding of Agile Delivery.
- Some knowledge in D365 FinOps or Business Central applications.
- 7 years of D365 Platform Experience; 7 years of Consultancy / Delivery Experience; 4 years of project delivery ownership/team leadership.
- Excellent presentation, communications (written and verbal), and Business Analysis/documentation in an agile framework.
- Excellent CI/CD & DevOps skills and good data manipulation skills.
- Lead design, delivery, and support activities for platform implementations.
- Collaborate with customers and lead a team of functional consultants.
- Contribute to presales efforts and shape project scope where appropriate.
