The Role:
In this newly created Brand Manager role, you will be responsible for planning and executing brand campaigns and activations that build Showpo’s reputation and emotional connection with our customer. You'll play a critical role in executing key brand moments (like launches, edits, PR events, and partnerships) and driving proactive PR strategies to grow awareness, strengthen credibility, and tell meaningful brand stories across markets. Working closely with the Head of Brand, you’ll bring to life the seasonal brand calendar through impactful storytelling, engaging experiences, and elevated campaign execution. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with influencer, social, creative and ecommerce teams to ensure cohesive brand representation across all touchpoints. This role is ideal for a strategic and creative mid-level marketer who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves fashion and culture, and has experience in executing Events, PR and integrated brand campaigns.
**Day to day, you will**:
- Act as a key guardian of the Showpo brand, ensuring all campaign and activation work ladders back to our brand values, tone of voice, and visual identity
- Lead end-to-end execution of brand activations and events, including venue sourcing, guest list coordination, gifting, run sheets and wrap reporting
- Provide brand feedback and support to internal teams (social, creative, influencer, ecommerce) to ensure consistency across all touchpoints
- Champion customer and market insights to ensure our brand remains relevant, engaging, and differentiated.
- Use customer insights, engagement data, and campaign results to shape future brand messaging and creative direction.
- Own the planning, coordination, and execution of the brand calendar for seasonal brand campaigns and hero brand moments (e.g. influencer edits, collaborations, seasonal launches, cultural moments) across the wider marketing team
- Develop and execute proactive PR strategies to increase editorial coverage, media features, and brand visibility
- Manage media outreach calendars and work closely with our PR agency and internal stakeholders on sample coordination, pitch angles and storytelling
- Build and maintain relationships with editors, stylists, and publicists to drive Showpo’s reputation in market.
- Collaborate with PR agencies in AU and the US to ensure alignment across global markets
- Identify and lead co-branded partnership opportunities with like-minded brands that drive new audience reach and cultural relevance
- Lead, coach and develop our Marketing Coordinator
**Who are you?**:
- 3+ years of experience in brand marketing, Events, PR, or campaign management, ideally in fashion, lifestyle or consumer brands.
- Confident working with creative teams, agencies and stakeholders across different disciplines.
- Organised, solutions-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
- Highly collaborative go-getter
