**ABOUT THE ROLE**

Due to continued growth, Warrikal are seeking a Shutdown Execution Led to oversee and manage the planning, coordination, and preparation of our Shutdowns division.

This role involves working closely with clients and supporting internal functional departments and Shutdown Managers to ensure the successful delivery of site operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Collaborate with Clients and partners with site-based teams to understand and review their Shutdown requirements.
- Participate in the Resource Request Form (RRF) and RFQ process by supporting the planning team with Leadership and the completion of priorities.
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to finalise scopes, timelines, and budgets.
- Utilise planning and scheduling software tools to create and track the shutdown schedule, ensuring alignment with objectives and timelines.
- Prepare regular progress reports, metrics, and Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) to communicate the Shutdown’s overall preparation and performance to Stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the Operations team to collate and analyse date to identify opportunities for process improvements.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Extensive experience in Shutdown Planning and Execution within the Mining and Resources industry.
- Demonstrate an ability to work autonomously and collaboratively with colleagues across all business units.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, organise and manage complex Shutdown projects.
- Proficiency in planning, scheduling, coordination, tracking, and reporting using project management software and tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills to engage with Clients, stakeholders, and team members effectively
- Knowledge of the Mining and Resources industry regulations, safety standards and best practices.
- Ability to work under pressure, influence internal and external stakeholders, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in documentation and reporting
