We are currently looking for Mechanical Supervisors with experience in ore processing facilities and shutdown execution.

**PROVEN CAPABILITIES OVERSEEING THE EXECUTION OF**
- Mine site refurbishment
- Major assets overhauls
- Vibrating or rotating equipment installation
- Shuttle maintenance and repairs
- Fabrication and on-site repairs
- Asset inspection and reporting
- Ongoing preventative maintenance
- Brownfield's SMP project upgrades
- Non-process infrastructure works experience is favourable
- QAQC & HSE Compliance

**DUTIES OF THE ROLE**
- Manage labour, tooling, equipment, and materials for the duration of the works
- Lead shift pre-start meetings and proactively drive safety values and core behaviour’s
- Ensure work crews are adequately resourced to complete their jobs safely
- Promote a positive culture by leading by example, coaching, and mentoring the workforce
- Manage work packs, work orders and complete time and attendance daily
- Plan, schedule, and coordinate day to day works

**ABOUT YOU**
- Australian Recognised Trade Certificate;
- Certificate III In Engineering Fabrication; Or
- Certificate III In Engineering Mechanical Trade
- Appointed Persons - Section 44.
- Working Rights Within Australia.
- Strong Work Ethic and a Positive Attitude.
- Able To Interpret and Follow Engineering Drawings.
- Able To Maintain High Safety and Housekeeping Standards
- Commitment To Safe Work Habits and our Core Values.
- Certificate Iv In Frontline Management is Advantageous.
